Here are some answer to question you might have! I do advise reading this through before orgering!
1. Can I get tracking for shipping?
My country sadly doesn't offer many options for tracked shipping BUT I do recommend choosing tracked shipping no matter what. If your order hasn't arrived within the month then you can email me and in turn I can email the postal office. And since your order has a tracking number they can track down where the items are.
If you do not choose tracking, then this option is not available and I cannot help with lost package/long shipping.

2. How long does shipping take to my country?
To EU it takes around 2-3 weeks MAX. It can arrive within the week I have shipped your order out but it can also take two weeks longer.
To US shipping has varied. It has taken from two weeks to a month.
Shipping time all depends on COVID regulations and how packed the postal offices are but those are my estimates from past experiences!
3. Can I get a refund if I don't like my order?
I do not offer refunds of any kind. If your order has been somehow damaged during shipping then I will send you a replacement free of charge, after receiving proof of damages.
4. Do I have to pay customs myself?
Yes! Orders which go outside EU are going to have customs fee at the border, which you have to pay yourself upon it arriving to your country.
